For the sake of our customers, we have prepared a collection of the most important information.
1. SHIPPING
Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday. We send parcels up to 48 hours after receiving the complete order (i.e. also payment in the case of prepayment shipping).
If the order is placed after 13:00, its transfer for implementation will take place on the next business day.
It may happen that due to the large number of orders on a given day, we are not able to meet the deadline, but we will inform about it by e-mail or phone.
Additional shipping information:
1. All orders are processed through a reputable courier company - DPD.
2. The shipments sent are covered by the INSURANCE purchased by us, therefore we ask you to check the shipment with the courier, and if necessary - to write a damage report, which will be the basis for accepting the complaint. 3. The courier is not obliged to bring the goods to the apartment.
2. WARRANTY
Please keep the receipt, which you will find under the waybill on the cardboard.
In the case of a request for an invoice - it will be sent by e-mail.
3. COMPLAINT CONDITIONS

Description of the complaint procedure:
1. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at [biuro@pokoj-dla-dziecka.pl], or in writing to the Seller's address. A correctly submitted complaint should contain at least: - name and surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer, - date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint, - the subject of the complaint, with an indication of the Buyer's request, - all circumstances justifying the complaint and (in the case of a complaint for damage caused in transport) SET OF ATTACHMENTS (damage report written at the courier, receipt or invoice, photos showing the damage)
2. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, the Seller asks the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.
3. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form.
4. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the traditional mail address.
DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PARCELS SENT ARE ADDITIONALLY INSURED, WE ASK YOU TO EXERCISE DUE CAUTION WHEN COLLECTING THE PARCEL AND CHECK IT NECESSARY AT THE COURIER - IF NECESSARY, WRITE DOWN A DAMAGE REPORT.
4. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply thought about it, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.You should send us a message with information about the resignation from the purchase along with a set of attachments:
- proof of purchase: receipt or invoice
- completed withdrawal form
3. Please note that the returned goods must not have traces of assembly or use.
4. The customer is obliged to send back the parcel (properly secured) with all the contents to the address indicated:

5. The refund for the GOODS takes place in the form of a transfer AFTER DELIVERY BY THE COURIER OF THE COMPLETE SHIPMENT.
